Hardouinia bassleri
Taxonomy
Cassidulus bassleri was named by Clark and Twitchell (1915) [attributed to Twitchell only]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS 175, Cunninghams Bluff, which is in a Santonian marine sandstone in the Eutaw Formation of Alabama.
It was recombined as Hardouinia bassleri by Cooke (1953).
