Taxonomy
Khmeria minima was named by Wendt (2018). Its type specimen is GPIT/TU/4 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Seelandalpe (Alpe di Specie) (Zardini collection), which is in a Julian reef, buildup or bioherm framestone/packstone in the Cassian Formation of Italy.
