Substeueroceras catorcense
Taxonomy
Substeueroceras catorcense was named by Verma and Westermann (1973). Its type specimen is McM J 1510/4, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Locality 31 (McM-J1510), Cineguita, Sierra Catorce, which is in a Tithonian carbonate limestone in the La Caja Formation of Mexico.
