Synaptichnium chirotherioides
Taxonomy
Synaptichnium chirotherioides was named by Ptaszynski (1990) [Name ascribed to Ptasynski in this paper.]. It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is MWGUW 01142:13.6; TPW 19:48.2, a footprint, and it is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Wióry tracksite, which is in a Spathian channel sandstone/siltstone in the Wióry Formation of Poland.
