Beudanticeras haydeni

Taxonomy
Ammonites haydenii was named by Gabb (1864). Its type specimen is UCMP 14973, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is North Fork Cottonwood Creek (Division A), which is in an Albian marine siliciclastic in the Budden Canyon Formation of California.

It was recombined as Beudanticeras haydenii by Anderson (1958); it was recombined as Beudanticeras haydeni by Anderson (1938), Murphy and Rodda (1960), Latil et al. (2023).
