Taxonomy
Anchura condoniana was named by Anderson (1902). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is CAS Loc. 445 - Phoenix, which is in a Turonian coastal siliciclastic in Oregon.
It was recombined as Drepanochilus condoniana by Anderson (1958); it was recombined as Anchura (Helicaulax) condoniana by Saul and Popenoe (1993), Haggart et al. (2005).
