Squires 2008Vasiform volute with four strong spiral cords heavily noded at intersections with broad axial costae; shell slight- ly constricted just posterior to columellar folds; siphonal area with noded cord anterior to constriction. Spire conical. Growth line with notch at suture, prosocert across the ramp, sinused at the posterior row of nodes, and relatively straight toward the anterior sinus.
