Retipirula pinguis
Taxonomy
Retipirula pinguis was named by Saul and Squires (2008). Its type specimen is LACMIP 13222 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is LACMIP loc. 22701, Simi Hills, which is in a Selandian marine horizon in the Santa Susana Formation of California.
