Clavilithes tabulatus

Taxonomy
Clavella tabulata was named by Dickerson (1913). Its type specimen is UCMP 11753 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UCMP loc. 1853, Marysville Buttes, which is in a Ypresian marine horizon in the Capay Formation of California.

It was recombined as Clavilithes tabulatus by Squires (1984), Squires (1987), Squires (1988) and Squires and Demetrion (1992).
