(2008); to Gavialidae by Sill (1970), Carroll (1988), Kraus (1998) and Riff et al. (2010); to Gryposuchinae by Vélez-Juarbe et al. (2007) and Salas-Gismondi et al. (2016); and to Gavialidae by Rio and Mannion (2021).
