Turricula ochsneri
Taxonomy
Drillia ochsneri was named by Anderson and Martin (1914). Its type specimen is CAS 215 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is CAS loc. 65, northeast of Barker's Ranch, which is in a Miocene coastal horizon in the Temblor Formation of California.
It was recombined as Turricula ochsneri by Grant, IV and Gale (1931), Loel and Corey (1932), Addicott (1970).
