Eucalycoceras diabloense

Taxonomy
Calycoceras (Eucalycoceras) diabloense was named by Anderson (1958). Its type specimen is CAS 25627.01, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is CAS loc. 25627, Curry Canyon, which is in a Cenomanian marine siliciclastic in California.

It was synonymized subjectively with Calycoceras orientale by Matsumoto (1959); it was recombined as Eucalycoceras diabloense by Mertz (2017).
