Mengyinaia mengyinensis
Taxonomy
Mycetopus mengyinensis was named by Grabau (1923). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ningjiagou, Mengyin, which is in a Berriasian/Valanginian marine horizon in the Mengyin Formation of China. It is the type species of Mengyinaia.
It was recombined as Solenaia mengyinensis by Gu et al. (1976); it was recombined as Mengyinaia mengyinensis by Chen (1984).
