Xinyuella liuyangensis
Taxonomy
Trigonodus liuyangensis was named by Gu and Liu (1976). Its type specimen is NIGPAS 24775 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Chengtanjiang, Liuyang, which is in a Jurassic marine horizon in the Zaoshang Formation of China. It is the type species of Xinyuella.
It was recombined as Xinyuella liuyangensis by Chen and Xu (1980).
