Semuridia quadrata
Taxonomy
Semuridia quadrata was named by Melville (1956). It is not extant. Its type specimen is GSM Bj 4749/50. Its type locality is Stowell Park borehole (C. turneri Zone, M. birchi Subzone, 1578-1602ft), which is in a Sinemurian carbonate shale in the Lower Lias Formation of the United Kingdom.
