Puncturella mcleani
Taxonomy
Puncturella mcleani was named by Kiel et al. (2010). Its type specimen is UCMP 55740, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UCMP A-7308, Bear Creek, which is in a Valanginian deep-water carbonate in the Crack Canyon Formation of California.
