Taxonomy
Fulgoraria (Musashia) ellenmooreae was named by Squires and Goedert (1994). Its type specimen is LACMIP 12274, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Murdock Creek mouth, near, which is in a Rupelian/Chattian basinal (siliceous) mudstone in the Pysht Formation of Washington.
