Boreocomitas inouei
Taxonomy
Boreocomitas inouei was named by Amano et al. (2018). Its type specimen is UMUT CM 32793, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Katsuhira, which is in a Selandian/Thanetian basinal (siliceous) horizon in the Katsuhira Formation of Japan.
