Taxonomy
Oepikicrinus perensae was named by Ausich et al. (2019). Its type specimen is Holotype GIT 405-254-1, a calyx, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Jõgeva vicinity (unknown quarry), which is in an Aeronian marine limestone in the Nurmekund Formation of Estonia. It is the type species of Oepikicrinus.
