Taxonomy
Camerisma prava was named by Grant (1965). Its type specimen is USNM 172074 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Robber Islands, Trocadero Bay, which is in a Mississippian carbonate limestone/chert in Alaska. It is the type species of Camerisma.
