Eomadtsoia ragei
Taxonomy
Eomadtsoia ragei was named by Gómez et al. (2019). Its type specimen is MPEF-PV 2378, a set of vertebrae (middle precloacal vertebra), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is El Uruguayo, Estancia El Pino, Sierra de La Colonia, which is in a Maastrichtian estuary/bay horizon in the La Colonia Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Eomadtsoia.
