Taxonomy
Schloenbachia neuparthi was named by Choffat (1905). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Lobito Bay, which is in an Albian carbonate limestone in the Catumbela Formation of Angola.

It was recombined as Subschloenbachia neuparthi by Spath (1922).
