Diagnosis
| Reference | Diagnosis | |
|---|---|---|
| G. A. Cooper et al. 1952 | This is a small species characterized by its nearly circular form and the low convexity of both valves. In these respects it differs from O. chromatica Billings which is a strongly convex species. Obolella crassa (Hall) is a much larger species and has a different outline and more convex valves. Obolella atlantica Walcott is close but is generally larger and the valves somewhat more convex. |
