Mortoniceras (Angolaites) simplex

Taxonomy
Schloenbachia simplex was named by Choffat (1905). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Lobito Bay, which is in an Albian carbonate limestone in the Catumbela Formation of Angola.

It was recombined as Pervinquieria simplex by Haas (1942); it was recombined as Mortoniceras (Angolaites) simplex by Cooper and Kennedy (1979).
