Deinosuchus schwimmeri
Taxonomy
Deinosuchus schwimmeri was named by Cossette and Brochu (2020). Its type specimen is MMNS VP-256, a partial skull (posterior skull and partial mandible), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Tulip Creek (Tupelo), which is in a Campanian terrestrial horizon in the Coffee Sand Formation of Mississippi.
