Calyptocephalella sabrosa
Taxonomy
Calyptocephalella sabrosa was named by Muzzopappa et al. (2021). Its type specimen is MPEF 3003, a skeleton (Almost complete but disarticulated skeleton preserved in an avian gastric pellet), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Punta Peligro, which is in a Danian mire/swamp claystone/conglomerate in the Salamanca Formation of Argentina.
