Glyphidiopsis waagei
Taxonomy
Glyphidiopsis waagei was named by Fuchs and Larson (2011). Its type specimen is BHI 2251 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Haqel (BHI collection), which is in a Cenomanian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal carbonate in Lebanon. It is the type species of Glyphidiopsis.
