Falsanolcites gervasuttii
Taxonomy
Eoprotrachyceras gervasuttii was named by Fantini Sestini (1994). Its type specimen is N.9037, Museo Civico di Scienze Naturali, Bergamo and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Val Parina, S1010, which is in a Fassanian perireef or subreef limestone in the Esino Formation of Italy.
It was recombined as Falsanolcites gervasuttii by Rieber and Brack (2004).
