Otostoma aethes
Taxonomy
Otostoma aethes was named by Squires and Saul (1993). Its type specimen is UCMP 398607, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UCMP Loc. B-2368, Dip Creek, which is in a Maastrichtian/Paleocene marine sandstone in California.
