Mosasaurus ivoensis
Taxonomy
Mosasaurus hoffmanni ivoensis was named by Russell (1967). Its type specimen is Swedish Museum of Natural History R1292, a tooth (Marginal tooth crown), and it is a 3D body fossil.
It was recombined as Mosasaurus ivoensis by Russell (1967); it was recombined as Tylosaurus ivoensis by Persson (1963), Lindgren and Siverson (2002) and Driscoll et al. (2019).
