Sanyangites tricarinatus
Taxonomy
Sanyangites tricarinatus was named by Zhao et al. (1978). Its type specimen is NIGP 34297 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Shuangjiang, Lichun County, which is in a Wuchiapingian marine siliciclastic in the Loping Formation of China.
It was recombined as Araxoceras tricarinatum by Leonova (2002).
