Wunyelfia maulensis
Taxonomy
Wunyelfia maulensis was named by Otero and Soto-Acuña (2021). Its type specimen is SGO.PV.6507, a set of postcrania (Associated postcranial skeleton), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mariscadero, southern Pelluhue, which is in a Maastrichtian marine sandstone in the Quiriquina Formation of Chile. It is the type species of Wunyelfia.
