Feralisaurus corami
Taxonomy
Feralisaurus corami was named by Cavicchini et al. (2020). Its type specimen is BRSUG 29950-12, a partial skeleton (a partial skeleton of well-articulated or associated bones, including skull, mandible, 19–21 presacrals, ribs fragments, pectoral girdle, and the right forelimb), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Foreshore below Peak Hill, which is in an Anisian fluvial-lacustrine sandstone/mudstone in the Helsby Sandstone Formation of the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Feralisaurus.
