Taxonomy
Pennospiriferina (Spondylospiriferina) sinuosa was named by Dagys (1977). It is not extant. Its type specimen is IGiG No. 385-4. Its type locality is Vtoraya Sentyabrskaya river (omolojensis zone, IGiG coll), which is in a Ladinian marine horizon in the Russian Federation.
