Pseudocymia aurora
Taxonomy
Pseudocymia aurora was named by Popenoe and Saul (1987). Its type specimen is UCLA 59586, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is CIT loc. 1212, Little Cow Creek Valley, which is in a Turonian marine horizon in the Redding Formation of California. It is the type species of Pseudocymia.
