Pyropsis gabbi

Taxonomy
Heteroterma gabbi was named by Stanton (1896). Its type specimen is USNM 158731, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS loc. 4192, Herndon Creek, which is in a Selandian coastal sandstone in the Martinez Formation of California.

It was recombined as Pyropsis gabbi by Saul (1988).
