Paludirex vincenti
Taxonomy
Paludirex vincenti was named by Ristevski et al. (2020). Its type specimen is CMC2019-010 + QMF59017, a partial skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Chinchilla Riffle Range, which is in a Pliocene alluvial fan sandstone/claystone in the Chinchilla Sand Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Paludirex.
