Karutia fortunata
Taxonomy
Karutia fortunata was named by Cisneros et al. (2020). Its type specimen is MAP PV855, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Nazária (PB 200), which is in a Cisuralian terrestrial mudstone/sandstone in the Pedra de Fogo Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Karutia.
