Nassarius (Catilon) antiselli
Taxonomy
Nassa antiselli was named by Anderson and Martin (1914). Its type specimen is CAS 165 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is CAS loc. 126, which is in a Miocene marine horizon in the Temblor Formation of California.
It was recombined as Nassarius (Uzita) antiselli by Grant and IV and Gale (1931); it was recombined as Nassarius (Catilon) antiselli by Addicott (1965).
