Vinitasaura lizae
Taxonomy
Vinitasaura lizae was named by Sues and Kligman (2021). Its type specimen is USNM PAL 770099, a mandible (left dentary), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Tomahawk locality, USNM 39981, which is in a Carnian lacustrine - small mudstone in the Vinita Formation of Virginia. It is the type species of Vinitasaura.
