Acharax normalis

Taxonomy
Solenimya normalis was named by Howse (1848). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Humbleton Hill, Durham (Howse coll), which is in a Wuchiapingian reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks in the Ford Formation of the United Kingdom.

It was synonymized subjectively with Janeia phillipsiana by King (1850); it was recombined as Solemya normalis by Howse (1857), Geinitz (1861); it was recombined as Janeia normalis by Logan (1967); it was recombined as Solemya (Janeia) normalis by Muromtseva (1981), Muromtseva and Guskov (1984); it was recombined as Acharax normalis by Bailey (2021).
