Cumbaaichthys oxyrhynchus (beardfish)
Taxonomy
Cumbaaichthys oxyrhynchus was named by Murray (2016). Its type specimen is UALVP 56113, a skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is GSC 84342, Lac des Bois (2010 collection), which is in a Turonian offshore shale/siltstone in Canada. It is the type species of Cumbaaichthys.
