Taxonomy
Trilobiticeras (Emileites) kecskemetii was named by Galácz (2015). It is not extant. Its type specimen is Natural History Museum, Eötvös L. University, EMNH2014.1.1. Its type locality is "Ovale Bed", NE of Hamuháza, Bakonycsernye, which is in a Bajocian carbonate marl in the Tölgyhát Formation of Hungary.
