Dinopteryx spinosus

Taxonomy
Hoplopteryx spinosus was named by Davis (1887). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sahil Alma (Lewis collection), which is in a Santonian carbonate lime mudstone in Lebanon.

It was recombined as Dinopteryx spinosus by Patterson (1964).
