Stauromatodon mohli
Taxonomy
Stauromatodon mohli was named by Sobral et al. (2021). It is not extant. Its type specimen is SMNS 91427 (A partial left dentary with five complete teeth, one partially preserved tooth, and two represented only by impressions; impression of the anterior portion of t). Its type locality is Vellberg-Eschenau, which is in a Longobardian estuary/bay claystone in the Erfurt Formation of Germany. It is the type species of Stauromatodon.
