Taxonomy
Guettaria fecunda was named by Schulz (1983). Its type specimen is BSPG 1977 XXI/22 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Moos-Grabens near Siegsdorf, which is in a Maastrichtian offshore marl in Germany.
