Igonoia onoensis
Taxonomy
Igonoia onoensis was named by Squires (2011). Its type specimen is LACMIP 13686, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UCLA loc. 3476, Coyote Creek, which is in a Cenomanian marine sandstone in the Budden Canyon Formation of California. It is the type species of Igonoia.
