Perrilliata califia
Taxonomy
Perrilliata califia was named by Squires and Saul (2006). Its type specimen is IGM 4432 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is PU 1334 – Float material along the southern branch of Cajiloa Creek, which is in a Thanetian shallow subtidal shale/sandstone in the Sepultura Formation of Mexico. It is the type species of Perrilliata.
