Turritella eschrichtii was named by Middendorff (1849). It is extant.

It was recombined as Bittium (Stylidium) eschrichtii by Bartsch (1911); it was recombined as Bittium eschrichti by Addicott (1966); it was recombined as Stylidium eschrichtii by Powell (2009); it was recombined as Neostylidium eschrichtii by Hendy (2021).

Synonyms
  • Cerithium filosum was named by Gould (1849). It is extant.

    It was replaced with Turritella eschrichtii by Middendorff (1849); it was recombined as Bittium filosum by Carpenter (1864).
