Taxonomy
Incorthis marocana was named by Mergl (1987). Its type specimen is GS-MM 303a and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 1.2km NW of Khemis Negga and near Bir Haroun, which is in an Arenig marine sandstone in the Upper Fezouata Formation of Morocco.
